Paul Jackson has spent over 30 years in Asia since arriving as a member of the Hong Kong Police Force in 1988. With an engineering background, Paul moved into the technology Policing area in the mid-90s when the mobile telecommunications market first opened up. Since then he has pioneered cyber-investigations and digital forensics capabilities within the HK Police, and subsequently with Interpol and JPMorgan. Paul now shares his experience in a consulting role as leader of Kroll's Asia Pacific Cyber Risk Practice.
Shahnawaz Backer does security analysis and threat research at F5. He has been a developer, systems engineer, solutions architect, and security advisor, and he firmly believes that cyber security is a collective responsibility. In his current role at F5 labs, his research focuses on digital identity, fraud vectors, bots, and modern application architectures. He writes on IT security at f5labs.com and has co-authored a Redbook on access management deployment patterns. His works pivots on boosting security with visibility, intelligence, and automation.
Alban Kwan is the East Asia regional director for CSC® based in the Hong Kong office. He has been with CSC’s Digital Brand Services business and affiliated companies since 2009, and leads the team responsible for all key accounts within the China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, and Japan markets. Alban has developed a deep understanding of online brand protection, digital assets management, and cyber security, specifically for the Asia-Pacific region, and he advises top global and local companies. Alban frequently engages with local policy makers and is often invited to speak at conferences, where he shares his invaluable insight on brand protection, security, and local policies affecting businesses.
Tony Lee is the Head of Consulting at Trend Micro – a global leader in cyber security solutions. He is responsible for the provision of security advice and solution consultation for large scale IT users and key channel partners in Hong Kong.
Tony has more than 14 years experiences in strategic planning and requirements analysis, with special focus on cloud security deployment, cyber threats response and emerging technologies analysis. As a technology evangelist for Trend Micro, he has been acting as a high profile speaker for major industry events in the region, specialized in evolving cyber threats such as ransomware and APT attacks.

Ricky is the Security Architect in Advance Threat Security Group of Cisco. He has more than 12 years of experiences in Information security. He has been involved with the advisory and implementation of end-to-end security solutions which includes Network security, Cloud security, Endpoint security, Application Security, Data protection, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and predictive security analysis. Ricky is currently responsible for defining the long-term strategy as well as the technology evangelist for the Cisco cloud security solutions, and advance threat solution across the North Asia region.
Wana Tun has more than 13 years of experience in IT Security and involved in successful delivery of projects across public sectors and enterprise accounts in the area of network security, security consultancy and assessment. Diverse experience working in high security end-user and vendor environment in APJ region.
Prior to Sophos, Wana worked as a Principal Consultant at WatchGuard Technologies where he managed and led network security projects. Earlier in his career, he was at Singapore Technologies as a Test engineer where he created processes for product testing and quality assurance for SCADA system.
