Mr Michael Mudd

Founder and Managing Partner
Asia Policy Partners LLC


Michael Mudd is the founder and Managing Partner of Asia Policy Partners LLC, an independent consultancy providing deep insights on how best to approach digital transformation. This is through the design, selection and implementation of policies for technology governance, privacy, compliance, cyber security, Cloud computing and technical standards for trade related digital business.

Prior to this he held senior positions with Riverbed Technology and Standard Chartered Bank, joining the bank from Noble Group. He is an appointed technical expert to JTC-1 of the ISO and is a member of the Government of Hong Kong’s Expert Group on Cloud Computing, Security and Privacy Committee. He is recognised as one of the top 50 influencers in data and the Cloud in APAC 2018.

He holds committee positions in the Hong Kong Computer Society and OSAC, the US Public/Private Sector Partnership, where he is on the senior advisory board of the Hong Kong council. He is also an invited speaker to APEC as a board member of the Expert Group for “APEC Online to Offline (O2O) Initiative: Enhancing SME Digital Competitiveness and Resilience toward Quality Growth” on ICT and trade.

He conducts executive briefings on technology risk, as well as 'Digital economy financial crime prevention’ training for non-technical staff, a non-technical day course to mitigate online risk, also 'What the GDPR means for Business outside the EU' for risk, compliance and privacy senior management.


Mr Ray Irving

Managing Director, Global Business Services
Financial Services ISAC


FS-ISAC is a member owned non-profit with over 7,000 member financial institutions worldwide. Working as a neighborhood watch for the financial sector, member firms share the threats and incidents they have experienced via mailing lists, alerts on a secure portal and via machine to machine automation.

Since 2016 Ray has been responsible for all FS-ISAC activities outside the United States including the offices in London and Singapore and additional staff in Tokyo, Toronto, Sao Paulo and Melbourne.

Previously Ray spent 5 years at UBS as Head of Security Programs and 12 years in financial services at UBS, Citibank and Lombard Odier. Ray has managed projects and programs covering all aspects of information security: cyber threat management, data protection, security monitoring and identity & vulnerability management.

During 25 years’ in IT he has performed every job in the data centre. He is a Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP) and holds a number of other IT certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) and Managing Successful Programs (MSP).

A British citizen, Ray has a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Psychology from Bristol University, UK.

Mr Anthony Kitzelmann

Tony Kitzelmann is the Australian Digital Health Agency’s Chief Information Security Officer and General Manager for the Agency’s Cyber Security Centre.

A strong believer that ‘cyber security is a team sport’, Tony is focussed on promoting a sustainable, resilient and holistic approach to cyber security across the digital health ecosystem. Tony leads a team of dedicated cyber security professionals who work to embed security into the design of systems and services, undertake cyber security operations functions, and promote security awareness, education and engagement.

Tony’s experience in the digital health arena is complemented by his previous work in the private sector, most recently through his role as the Senior Cyber Security Executive and Chief Information Security Officer (APAC) at Lockheed Martin for five years from 2012. In this role, he was accountable for the strategic leadership and delivery of corporate cyber security functions within the ASIA Pacific region and provided functional leadership to the various business lines in the region.

Tony is always looking to further his knowledge through new challenges working within the cyber security domain and believes that our role as leaders in this exciting field, is to challenge the status quo and look at ways in which we can shape the future and security of our respective organisations.

Tony holds numerous industry and academic qualifications and is currently studying a Masters in Cyber Security, Strategy and Diplomacy at UNSW.

Mr Alvin Rodrigues

Field Chief Security Officer, APAC
Infoblox Inc.


Alvin Rodrigues is the field chief security officer, APAC at Infoblox. In this role, Alvin is responsible for the alignment of Infoblox solutions against the business structure and model for key accounts. He is charged with driving thought leadership for the company, mapping technical features and solutions to business benefits and outcomes.

With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Alvin is an established trusted cybersecurity adviser providing strategic counsel to CIOs and CISOs of large enterprises and government agencies across the region. Prior to joining Infoblox, Alvin held leadership roles at various global cybersecurity and IT multinational companies including Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Forcepoint, IBM, and Oracle, where he managed cross-functional teams and initiatives across APAC.

An accomplished public speaker, facilitator and content creator, Alvin co-authored a white paper with IDC on “Building a business-aligned security framework”. He also spearheaded a course on cybersecurity at ESSEC Business School, for their ebusiness master’s program.

Alvin holds a postgraduate diploma in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde and graduated with an honours degree in economics and management science from the University of London.

Dr Stan Wong

Assistant Vice President
Hong Kong Telecom Limited


Dr Stan Wong joined Hong Kong Telecom Limited in 2019 as Assistant Vice President and responsible for 5G Security and deployment. He received his Ph.D. from University of London, King’s College London (KCL) in 2009. He was leading the European Commission H2020 5G Novel Radio Multiservice Adaptive Network Architecture (NORMA) as a security leader, and 5G Infrastructure Public Private Partnership (PPP) security working group lead Trust chapter editor. He left KCL in 2016 as Research Fellow and joined GSM Association (GSMA). In GSMA, he found the 5G Security Task Force. His deep knowledge in 5G security, machine learning data analytic, and different standard Internet of Things (IoT) air interfaces and application. Furthermore, his expertise is in trust computing, trust model, behaviometrices, big data, network function virtualization (NFV) and software-defined networking (SDN)
