Allan Boardman (CISA CISM CGEIT CRISC CISSP) is an independent business advisor helping organisations manage their information, technology, cybersecurity and privacy risks. He started his career at Deloitte in Cape Town where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant before moving to London in 1986. He has held leadership positions in audit, risk, security and governance related roles at various global organizations including GSK, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, PwC and KPMG. He is a Past President of ISACA London Chapter and has served on ISACA International’s Board of Directors, its Strategic Advisory Council, its Leadership Development Committee and chaired its Credentialing and Career Management Board, CISM Certification Committee and Audit and Risk Committee. He currently serves on ISACA International’s CGEIT Certification Committee. He served as a volunteer at the London 2012 Paralympics, Sochi 2014 Paralympics, Rio 2016 Olympics, and PyeongChang 2018 Olympics and Paralympics.

Scott C. Algeier is the Founder, President and CEO of cybersecurity consulting firm Conrad, Inc. and Executive Director of the Information Technology – Information Sharing and Analysis Center (IT-ISAC).

The IT-ISAC is a non-profit organization that facilitates and enables companies to share cyber threat information as a means of managing cyber risks to their corporations and the IT infrastructure. As Executive Director, Scott’s responsibilities include the daily management of the organization, developing and implementing enhanced information sharing and analysis capabilities, facilitating cyber incident response across the IT-ISAC member companies, and establishing and maintaining effective global partnerships.

Mr. Wally Lee
Principal Cyber Architect

As the Principal Cyber Architect at Quann, Wally Lee is responsible for developing Quann's key solutions and services. These include Quann Consult's assessment, testing and consultancy services, Quann Empower's cyber drills and awareness training, and Quann Rescue's incident response offerings.

He has more than 20 years of technical pre-sales and hands-on experience in security audit, incident response management, compliance check, risk assessment, penetration testing, and security development lifecycle.

Prior to joining Quann, Wally was the Regional Cyber Security Specialist covering East Asia for BT.

Before BT, Wally was the Cyber Security Architect at Microsoft covering Asia Pacific. He was leading the cyber security services portfolio, covering from business development to leading the technical delivery. He was also a subject matter expert in the Microsoft Security Development Lifecycle where he led initiatives to promote and assist programmers to code their applications more securely.

Before joining Microsoft, Wally was the Regional Enterprise Solutions Architect for McAfee. He was responsible for developing strategic relationships and provided technical and industry expertise in technologies and solutions for major financial institutions, telecommunication companies, government and defence agencies and multinational corporations in the region.

Wally has also served as executive committee and committee members in several cyber security industry boards and associations. He is the immediate past President of the Association of Information Security Professionals. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computer Engineering) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and BS7799 Lead Auditor.

Mr. Kerry Singleton

Kerry Singleton is the Regional Director for Advanced Threat Solutions (ATS) APJC within the Cisco Global Security Sales Organization (GSSO). In this role, Mr. Singleton works with the new acquisition technologies interfacing into Sales and Technical Teams, Business Unit, Marketing, Sales and Channel to grow the business within the region.

Mr. Singleton joined Lancope in August 2013 in the Role of Director for MEAR and APJC managing the Sales and Systems Engineering teams for the region. Following Cisco’s acquisition of Lancope Mr. Singleton transitioned into the ATS team supporting APJC.

Prior to Cisco, Mr. Singleton work as an SE Manager for DDI company Infobox. Prior to that working on the customer side holding various jobs at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Banking Group and British Airports Authority (BAA). He holds a Master Degree from The University of Strathclyde, Scotland and a Bachelors in Science from Massey University, New Zealand.

Chadi leads the Asia-Pacific Cybersecurity practice of Wavestone, a global advisory company. For over a decade, he has helped companies assessing their risk and maturity levels, and designed associated solutions. He has a focus on cyber-resilience, cybersecurity to support innovative technologies (Big Data, Internet of Things, Cloud computing, AI…), prevention and reaction against cyberattacks (including Incident Response and Red Team approaches…), as well as the way to address cybersecurity at a senior management level.
