Onsite Measures For Attending The Summit
The health and safety of all attendees are important to us. The following measures will be implemented in the physical venue of the Summit to ensure a safe environment throughout your attendance.
- All attendees are required to scan the QR code via the “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile application at the entrance in order to enter the venue.
- Further to the HKSAR Government’s implementation of the addition of the Red Code (confirmed case) and Amber Code (inbound person from overseas places) for the Vaccine Pass, persons under the category of Red Code or Amber Code are not allowed to enter all scheduled premises regulated under the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F).
All attendees of the Summit have to present the Blue Code before entering the Summit venue. Please follow the onsite instruction and arrangement by the Organisers. - All attendees are required to wear surgical mask at all times while attending the Summit.
- According to the Prevention and Control of Disease (Vaccine Pass) Regulation (Cap. 599L) and Vaccine Pass Direction issued by HKSAR Government, under the arrangements for the third stage of the Vaccine Pass (Commence from 31 May 2022), except for exempted persons, recovered persons within 6 months from recovery and persons aged 12 to 17, all persons aged 18 or above are required to have received at least three doses of COVID-19 vaccine for entering or remaining on all catering business and scheduled premises regulated under the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F).
All attendees of the Summit have to present the vaccination record with at least three dose of COVID-19 vaccine OR the Medical Exemption Certificate before entering the Summit venue. Please follow the onsite instruction and arrangement by the Organisers. - Eating or drinking are not allowed at the Summit venue.
- No food and beverage arrangements will be provided during the Summit.
- Please maintain hand hygiene frequently; while hand sanitisers will be available in several locations of the venue.
- The valid admission name badge must be presented for checking at the entrance of venue; any attendees without a valid admission name badge may be requested to leave the venue. The Organisers reserve the right for identity checking when necessary.
- Seats are limited in the venue and will be available by a first-come, first-served basis.
- Attendees will be required to maintain social distancing when queuing inside the venue, according to the floor labels.
- When visiting Showcase Booth, up to 4 persons are allowed to gather around a showcase booth as a group.
- The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry and invite any person to leave the venue if he/she fails to comply with the venue measures or interrupts the Summit.
Remarks: The Onsite Measures will be updated according to the latest social distancing and disease prevention measures announced by HKSAR Government.
We recommend all attendees to monitor their health for COVID-19 symptoms for 14 days. If you feel unwell and have displayed any of the symptoms within the period, please report to us immediately, and seek medical advice promptly. The organisers reserve the sole discretion on provision of service and entry to anyone with any reason at all times.
